PawPilot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PawPilot’s website, software platform, applications, tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By creating an account, accessing, or using PawPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About PawPilot
PawPilot provides software tools for pet care businesses, including but not limited to:
- Appointment scheduling
- Customer management
- Pet profile management
- Staff and service management
- Booking requests
- Notifications and reminders
- Payment-related tools
- Business reporting
- Communication tools
PawPilot is a software platform. PawPilot does not directly provide pet grooming, boarding, daycare, veterinary, training, or other pet care services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use PawPilot.
If you use PawPilot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use PawPilot, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Preventing unauthorized access
- Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or create risk to PawPilot or other users.
4. Subscription Plans and Free Trial
PawPilot may offer free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or other pricing plans.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Free trials are available for new customers only
- Paid subscriptions begin after the trial period ends unless canceled
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- Features may vary by plan
PawPilot may change plans, pricing, or features from time to time. If pricing changes affect your active subscription, we will provide notice where required.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
By providing payment information, you authorize PawPilot or its payment processor to charge your payment method for subscription fees, renewals, taxes, and other applicable charges.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and paying all applicable taxes.
PawPilot does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support@pawpilot.pro.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. Your access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
We may suspend or terminate access for failed payments, misuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into PawPilot, including customer records, pet profiles, appointment history, staff information, service information, notes, and business content.
You grant PawPilot permission to process, store, transmit, and display this data as needed to provide the Service.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your data
- Obtaining required customer consent
- Complying with privacy and communication laws
- Ensuring your use of PawPilot is lawful
- Managing your customer relationships
8. SMS, Email, and Communications
PawPilot may allow businesses to send appointment reminders, confirmations, marketing messages, SMS messages, emails, or other communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Customers have provided proper consent where required
- Communications comply with applicable laws
- Customers can opt out where required
- Message content is accurate and appropriate
- You do not send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
PawPilot is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorized communications sent by your business through the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
PawPilot may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and calendar tools.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and limitations.
PawPilot is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, actions, policies, or fees.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PawPilot for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to PawPilot systems
- Interfere with platform security or performance
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Service
- Use PawPilot to send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
- Misrepresent your business or services
- Violate customer, staff, or pet owner privacy rights
- Use PawPilot in a way that harms PawPilot, users, or third parties
11. Business Responsibility
Your business is solely responsible for:
- Pet care services provided to customers
- Pet safety and handling
- Staff training and conduct
- Business licensing and insurance
- Customer disputes
- Refunds to your customers
- Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Veterinary, grooming, boarding, daycare, or training obligations where applicable
PawPilot is not responsible for injuries, pet care outcomes, missed appointments, customer complaints, service disputes, or business losses caused by your operations.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to PawPilot, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, security issues, or events beyond our control.
13. Changes to the Service
PawPilot may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may update the platform to improve security, performance, compliance, usability, or functionality.
14. Intellectual Property
PawPilot and its software, design, branding, logos, workflows, features, and content are owned by PawPilot or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from PawPilot without written permission.
You retain ownership of your business data and content.
15. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, requests, or feedback, you grant PawPilot the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
16. Privacy
Your use of PawPilot is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
PawPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPilot disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, customer disputes, or pet care-related claims.
PawPilot’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PawPilot in the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PawPilot, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your business operations
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your customer communications
- Your pet care services
- Your misuse of customer, staff, or pet data
- Claims made by your customers or third parties
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PawPilot if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment fails
- Your use creates risk for PawPilot or other users
- You misuse the platform
- Required by law
Upon termination, your right to use PawPilot ends immediately. We may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, through the Service, or by posting an updated version on our website.
Your continued use of PawPilot after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
